On the outside, this brand new machine has been designed as an easy

to use compact and high speed creasing and finishing unit to enhance any

modern ‘on demand’ print room environment. On the inside however, is an

existing, ‘tried and tested’ system, developed by Tech-ni-fold in the form

of the Tri-creaser, which until now has only been used on high production

machines. In these environments the crease must withstand continuous

operation over millions of cycles. The solid construction allows it to handle

paper stock up to 150+ lb cover stock.

So it is no surprise to conclude that what you actually get with the

Speedcreaser is a slight overkill on its design but a machine with the ability

to produce work of the highest standards for a fraction of the cost for a

long, long time.

Both models can be equipped with a manual infeed device. This option keeps the initial cost low, whilst still allowing the customer to produce high quality jobs. The possibility to upgrade is available at all times.

The DCM-52 is supplied as standard with a bottom fed vacuum feeder, giving a professional finish with a high production output (not available for DCM-75).

Depending on the application (on- or offline), several infeed devices are available such as side lay register table, straight infeed

belt and roller conveyor.
