The VividCoater Micro TM is a low maintenance ultra violet cured coating system that produces a high quality finish to the printed sheet. The VividCoater Micros TM foot print is less than 3x3 (90 cm square) and throughput is up to 1800 sheets per hour. This machine runs on 220V/60 hz (20 amp circuit) and can be moved easily through any standard door opening. By producing richer and more vibrant colours on digitally or offset printed pieces the VividCoater Micro TM offers the on-demand print market the opportunity to have more effective and expressive printed products at a very low cost per page. The Micro TM is easy to operate and allows for variable coating thickness control and variable speed control. With two different UV solutions ready to run at all times the operator can switch between gloss and matte finishes in minutes.

Vivid Coater XDC
The Vivid Coater XDC is available in both a 18.9"(480) and a 26"(660) width. Available with both a manual feed system and a automatic feeder. The Manual XDC machine can be adapted to be fed from the inline from any of the CreaseMaster units. This is an excellent UV coater that will produce a consistent products every time.
